This opens your email app with the recipient filled in. Review your message and send it from there. If no email app is configured, copy the address into your usual email service.
Feedback and bug reports
Include the tool name or page URL, what you expected, and what happened. For a calculation issue, use made-up example values and mention the grading formula or rule you were applying.
A screenshot can help, but remove names, student IDs, and any other personal information before sending it. Do not send passwords, account credentials, or confidential academic records.
Privacy requests
You can use the same email address to ask about personal information you have sent to AcadCrate or request correction or deletion of a support message. Include enough context to identify the relevant correspondence.

What support can help with
AcadCrate can receive feedback about its tools and explanations. Official grades, attendance decisions, and institution-specific rules must be confirmed with your school, college, or university.
Messages are reviewed as time allows. A particular response time is not guaranteed.
