AcadCrate is operated by David in India. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
The current tools are free and do not require an account. You are responsible for entering appropriate values and checking whether the tool’s method matches your institution’s rules.
Results and academic decisions
Tools provide calculations and estimates for general information and study planning. A result is not an official grade, transcript, attendance decision, or guarantee of academic progress.
Confirm consequential decisions with your institution. Institution-specific rounding, grading, credit, attendance, and conversion policies may differ from the method selected in a tool. Read the Disclaimer for further examples.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with other visitors, or send automated traffic intended to disrupt the service. Do not use AcadCrate to misrepresent academic records or impersonate another person.
Website content
You may use the tools for your own study, teaching, and planning, and share links to their public pages. Using your own calculation results does not give AcadCrate ownership of your academic work.
Website branding, text, and software remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and any applicable licences. Contact patildavid26@gmail.com about republishing substantial website content or using the AcadCrate brand.
Availability and changes
AcadCrate aims to keep tools useful and accurate, but uninterrupted availability and error-free results are not guaranteed. Tools, content, and features may be updated or removed. Planned tools marked “Coming soon” are not currently available and have no guaranteed release date.

Limitations and your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AcadCrate does not accept responsibility for losses arising from reliance on an estimate, incorrect input, or use that does not match your institution’s rules.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not replace any protections you have under applicable law.
Privacy and external services
The Privacy Policy describes calculator inputs, browser preferences, hosting, and support emails. Links to external services are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms and policies.
